Our outstanding sales growth over the past decade has been achieved through a focused business strategy and a dedication to maximising the potential of our product portfolio.
We are looking to continue building our portfolio by in-licensing, acquiring and developing products that leverage our core strengths within the CNS/Oncology fields. We also actively support co-promotion and outright product acquisitions.
We would be particularly interested in opportunities in these therapeutic areas that possess a robust intellectual property position, that are marketed or in late phase II or preferably phase III clinical development.
Depending on the opportunity, we would be interested in the UK, European or worldwide rights.
We offer licensors a proven track record in commercialising products and we are prepared to be flexible in the contractual arrangements we put in place. We are also happy to work within any global brand marketing platforms that a licensor may have in place.
