Alliance is an international publicly owned pharmaceutical group listed on AIM, part of the London Stock Exchange. It was founded in 1998 and has its headquarters in the UK.

Alliance’s principal activities are acquisition/licensing, registration and marketing. Its manufacturing, product development and distribution are controlled by Alliance but outsourced to leading specialist established organisations in these fields.

With a unique collection of skills and resources Alliance’s people have been recruited from a wide range of multinational pharmaceutical companies and backgrounds.

Alliance has acquired the rights to more than 50 established and speciality pharmaceutical products. Its established products business now covers most therapy areas.  In addition to this our portfolio includes brand building businesses focused on Dermatology, Oncology and Nutrition.

The company distributes its products through wholesalers, retail pharmacies, hospitals and an international network of distributors.

Growth has come from a combination of acquisitions and organic growth. Alliance acquires the rights to established and marketed products with stable sales or growth potential. These product businesses are then skilfully expanded by line extensions, moves into international markets, commercial and marketing activities. Overall this leads to strong, low risk growth.
